Rich Homie Quan was arrested on May 28 while on his way to a show in Wadley, Georgia.
He was found with weed and a stolen gun in his car by authorities.
According to TMZ, Rich Homie Quan is not being charged with possession of the weapon, but he is being charged with felony possession and intent to distribute.
If he is found guilty, he could face up to 30 years in a Georgia state prison.
The amount of weed he was carrying has not been revealed, but in Georgia, carrying more than an ounce is considered felony possession.
