Armstrong State University Will Offer Outkast College Course!

  Photo: Hip-Hop Golden Age   Outkast will now be taught as an upper-level English class at Armstrong State University in Savannah, Georgia.   The course is called “Outkast and the Rise of the Hip-Hop South" and will be taught by Professor Regina Bradley.   According to Savannah Morning News, Professor Bradley states the class will focus
